My name is Vera Ande, and I am a Master student in Global History and International Relations at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Besides that, I have been doing a traineeship at EUROCLIO - the European Association of History Educators since December 2016, and the given research is a part of my work at EUROCLIO and is supported by EUROCLIO as well.

The given questionnaire is a part of my Master thesis research "Dealing with contested heritage: educational approaches to museums of occupation in the Baltic states" which aims at investigating techniques, approaches and ways that history educators in the Baltic states (Lithuania,Latvia and Estonia) employ in order to deal with contested heritage, namely the museums of occupation. I also research how museums of occupation are being incorporated in the history school curricula, in which schools, for which subjects apart from history etc.

The questionnaire (you can fill it in either in English or Russian) takes approximately 10-15 minutes of your time, while your input will help me a lot with the research! Please fill in the quesionnaire as full as possible. After filling in this questionnaire you will be asked whether you would like to be interviewed by skype. If you feel that your story can benefit my research, please choose the option YES.

I would like to thank you in advance for filling in this questionnaire. Your story counts!

With kind regards,
Vera Ande
