EUROCLIO aicina piedalīties ikgadējā konferencē un kursos Erfurtē, Vācijā 2013. gada 7.-13. aprīlī. 

Register now, apply for Comenius or Grundtvig grants before the 17th of September 2012 and get a chance to attend the 20th EUROCLIO Annual Conference Professional Training and Development course: “Reflecting Remembrance, Teaching History for a Common Culture of Remembrance?” This conference is going to be a unique learning experience and unforgettable week with many colleagues!  The deadline for European Union Lifelong Learning Programme Grants is approaching.

The conference is organized by EUROCLIO – European Association of History Educators in partnership with the VGD–History TeachersAssociation of Germany, with its affiliate member the VGD-Thuringia.

The conference will take place in the beautiful St. Augustine Monastery in Erfurt, Germany on 7-13 April 2013 and cover a variety of interesting themes which concern History, Heritage and Citizenship Educators from all over Europe and beyond.   This international conference is a great opportunity to meet your peer colleagues, broaden your knowledge on commemoration sites, days of remembrance and controversies related to how one deals with legacies of memory, learn and share experiences.

Candidates from one of 27 EU countries, EU candidate countries (Republic of Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Turkey) and EU EEA (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland) can apply for these grants. These grants cover the conference and travel costs of conference participants. Use one of the corresponding seminar reference numbers to apply for these grants via your National Agency.
